Shannon adds her years of experience in administration roles as well as strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills to PEP Solution’s team as Office Administrator. Shannon is a self starter with an exceptional ability to multi task and focus on accuracy and detail.
With an enthusiastic attitude, Shannon supports all the Directors and Senior Consultants in a wide range of activities. Shannon’s responsibilities include accounts receivable/payable, report drafting and formatting, quote and job creation, travel and expense management. Shannon is also PEP’s first point of contact for telephone enquiries and communications.
Prior to joining the PEP team, Shannon successfully completed a Certificate III in Business Administration, Certificate II in Business and a Certificate I in IT Computer Studies. She has also carried out administrative duties for Turner Freeman Lawyers Lawyers and Securcom Pty Ltd.
