Greg has over 19 years of experience within the building industry and during this time Greg has worked for industry leading companies such as Chesterton Plc, Napier & Blakely Pty Ltd, Rider Levett Bucknall Pty Ltd, Cushman & Wakefield (Australia) Pty Ltd and more recently Moreton Bay Regional Council. Prior to joining PEP, Greg has undertaken a wide variety of projects in his career some of which include; a feasibility report on a proposed power station extension, a nationwide feasibility study for a telecommunications company, an infrastructure roll out program for a nationwide retailer, condition and maintenance reports for multi-million dollar properties, a replacement cost estimate for a university campus and project managed various construction projects ranging from $25K to $12M.
In addition to working for the above companies in senior property consulting roles, project managing and superintendence, Greg is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Tax Practitioners Board. Furthermore, Greg is also a licenced project manager with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission. Greg has a value-driven approach coupled with passion and recognition that each project is unique and requires a tailor-made approach which enables him to provide ongoing value to clients.
