Excellent work Buchan Group Architects for this award-winning design! PEP was involved from initial feasibility through to practical completion and defects management. Quantity Surveying included cost planning and value management and progress and variation claim administration while Project Management included coordination of design, improvement processing, tender assessment and management, project administration through variation review, EOTs, RFIs, site inspections, meetings, defects management and final account agreement.
